If our registration is accepted by the organizers, we book the following stand:
For galleries based in Germany, all prices are to be understood as exclusive of the applicable VAT, currently 19%.
*25sq m: 5750 € "post-Lehman": galleries founded since September 15, 2008
A jury of three curators from the Rhineland area will select the three best stand presentations. The three best stand presentations will receive a 50% discount on their stand fee.
**30 - 40 sq m: This can be booked only as part of a shared stand (German-international partnership).
For the 50% advance payment, the lower value of your given stand-size range will be selected.
The remaining balance for the second, final invoice will be calculated on the basis of the stand area actually used.
The listed basic stand prices include the following services: a maximum of three stand partitions (normally a rear wall and two side walls), standard lighting, stand label (incl. exhibitor’s name, city and country), 5 exhibitor badges, one entry each in the print and online catalogues, 20 preview tickets, 20 day passes, 2 artist cards and 2 catalogues. The fair will centrally organize the sending of VIP and Preview tickets after receiving customer information. Upon registration, a fee of €400.00 (€300.00 for 25 m2 “post-Lehman”: galleries founded since September 15, 2008), plus VAT for applicants based in Germany, is due for participation in the admission process. This fee will not be refunded even if your application for participation is rejected. An invoice for this fee will be sent to you via e-mail.
We specifically draw your attention to the fact that the fee for participation in the admission process remains due and will not be refunded even if your registration is rejected.
