The registration can be cancelled until December 27, 2020. As a cancellation fee the already paid registration fee of 400 EUR (plus VAT) will be retained. There are no further cancellation fees. Starting from December 28, 2020, 0.00 am the contract is binding.
The selection committee will decide on the choice of galleries.

If our application is accepted by the organizers, we book the following booth:
For galleries based in Germany, all prices are to be understood as exclusive of the applicable VAT, currently 16%.
The admission letter will state the size of your booth, on which we will charge a 50% installment payment. Possible deviations that may arise during the final placement (+/- 10% of the booth size) will be considered in a second invoice.
The listed basic booth prices include the following services: a maximum of three booth partitions (normally a rear wall and two side walls), standard lighting, booth label (incl. exhibitor’s name, city and country), 5 exhibitor badges. Furthermore, the exhibitor receives further access to the fair from the organizer for his guests. The fair will centrally organize the sending of VIP tickets after receiving customer information. Upon registration, a fee of €400.00 (plus VAT for applicants based in Germany) is due for participation in the admission process. This fee will not be refunded even if your application for participation is rejected. An invoice for this fee will be sent to you via e-mail.
We specifically draw your attention to the fact that the fee for participation in the admission process remains due and will not be refunded even if your application is rejected.
