For galleries based in Germany, all prices are to be understood as exclusive of the applicable VAT, currently 19%.
The admission letter will state the size of your booth, on which we will charge a 50% installment payment. Possible deviations that may arise during the final placement (+/- 10% of the booth size) will be considered in a second invoice.
The listed basic booth prices include the following services: a maximum of three booth partitions (normally a rear wall and two side walls), standard lighting, booth label (incl. exhibitor’s name, city and country), 5 exhibitor badges, 20 opening tickets, 20 day passes and 2 artist cards. The fair will centrally organize the sending of VIP tickets after receiving customer information. Upon registration, a fee of €400.00 (plus VAT for applicants based in Germany) is due for participation in the admission process. This fee will not be refunded even if your application for participation is rejected. An invoice for this fee will be sent to you via e-mail.
We specifically draw your attention to the fact that the fee for participation in the admission process remains due and will not be refunded even if your application is rejected.
