The associated funding from the Federal Commissioner for Culture and Media enables us to offer you reduced stand prices by 60% to every gallery that has been accepted by the selection committee.

The selection committee will decide on the choice of galleries.
Galleries that have been selected by the selection committee will be informed by us by beginning of January at the latest.

Only exhibition pieces created after 1945 can be permitted.
You can only apply via this online form. Please make sure to read the terms and conditions (English / German) for exhibitors before submitting your exhibitor application!
Paypal and all major payment methods are accepted. Please have your Paypal login or your credit card ready for the payment of the registration fee. The registration fee is 400 € (plus VAT for applicants based in Germany)

Please upload in total 6 images: images of your booth sketch and/or artworks of your proposed artists, 1 image of a current exhibition view at your gallery, and as well 1 image of your booth of your last fair participation (if available).
Please upload up to 3 Press Images, which Art Düsseldorf can use for the release of participating galleries and further communication. (Press Release, Website, Social Media).
Please note the reduced prices due to the promotion by the Federal Commissioner for Culture and Media.
If our application is accepted by the Organizer, we book the following section and booth:
For galleries based in Germany, all prices are to be understood as exclusive of the applicable VAT, currently 19%.
The listed basic booth prices include the following services: a maximum of three booth partitions (normally a rear wall and two side walls), standard lighting, booth label (incl. exhibitor’s name, city and country), 5 exhibitor badges & 2 artist badges.
Social Media & Marketing: Listing and linking to the gallery on the Art Düsseldorf website, Individual gallery profile at the Online Shop, Integration into social media campaigns (selected by our editors), Integration in the online magazine (selected by our editors).
Furthermore, the exhibitor receives further access to the fair from the organizer for his guests. Upon registration, a fee of 400 € (plus VAT for applicants based in Germany) is due for participation in the admission process. This fee will not be refunded even if your application for participation is rejected. An invoice for this fee will be sent to you via e-mail.
Possible deviations that may arise during the final placement (+/- 10% of the booth size) will be considered in a second invoice.
